Rebecca is a Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner. She first came to Reiki soon after the birth of her daughter, when her intuition led her to Sam.
What began as a desire for deep healing became, what she describes as ‘a journey of remembering’ —an ongoing path of growth and discovery. Rebecca is deeply devoted to Reiki, embracing it not only as a healing practice but also as a way to engage meaningfully with life. She welcomes the opportunity to guide others into deeper connection with themselves and the world around them through the gentle potency of Reiki.
A lifelong creator of immersive spaces, Rebecca draws on her rich background in the creative arts, which has always reflected her passion for ritual, storytelling, history, and indigenous culture. Her work is rooted in a profound respect for ceremony and a dedication to fostering connection and transformation.
Rebecca is passionate about the practice of pausing, which she views not merely as rest but as a vital space for integration and inspiration. She sees pausing as a liminal space—a threshold between actions—and her work is committed to supporting others to grow their capacity for feeling comfortable within it. Creating spaces where people can slow down, notice the magic and beauty around them, and, most importantly, reconnect with the beauty within themselves. She believes healing can be a gentle and transformative process, unfolding with grace and care.
Rebecca is also a Licensed Conscious Connected Breathwork Practitioner and Trainer and a core member of the Seven Directions Breathwork Training team. She blends her deep commitment to personal and professional development with years of experience holding compassionate, trauma-informed space. As a Mentor, Circle Leader, and workshop facilitator, she supports others in their journeys of growth and healing.
