Lily Aisbitt-Waugh

Reiki Practitioner & Owner of The Forge

In-Person Sessions

Lily is a level II Usui Holy Fire Reiki practitioner. Since beginning her journey with The Devon School of Reiki in 2023, Lily has become deeply passionate about the ways in which Reiki collaborates with our body’s innate wisdom, providing a guiding light for each of us to heal ourselves.

From the first moment of experiencing the energies of Reiki, Lily knew that she had ‘come home’. This deep remembering has touched all parts of her life: from practicing Reiki in the home when her children are in need of support, working with individuals face to face in her wider community, & in Lily’s own personal journey of self-mastery.

Lily has also worked alongside her husband Toby in founding The Forge Therapy Centre & Float Rooms in Totnes, Devon. They are passionate about creating high quality spaces for practitioners to host their work. The principles of trauma informed design are at the forefront of their ethos, providing spaces that feel safe & holding for the individual.

Lily lives on a remote off grid Dartmoor smallholding where she enjoys biodynamic gardening, beekeeping, & working in her handweaving studio. Her most transformational apprenticeship to date is becoming a mother to two young sons, who are consistent teachers in her life.
