Terms & Conditions

Effective as of April 2025.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, registrations, and participation in teachings, courses, and workshops (“Teachings”) offered by the Devon School of Reiki (“we”, “us”, “our”), whether held in person or online.

Bookings & Payment

• All bookings must be made through our online booking system.

• Full payment is due at the time of booking to secure your space.

• You will receive an email confirmation once your payment is processed. If you do not receive this within 24 hours, please contact us at [contact email/phone].

• A registration form will be sent prior to your teaching to ensure your space.

Minimum Participants

• Each Teaching requires a minimum of three (3) participants to proceed.

• If this minimum is not met, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule. We will notify you at least 48 hours in advance.

• If a Teaching is cancelled by us due to low enrollment, you may choose to:

  • Receive a full refund;

  • Apply your payment as a credit toward another Teaching; or

  • Transfer to a different date, if available.

Cancellation Policy (By You)

We understand that life is unpredictable, but we do ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel. Our policy is as follows:

• More than 30 days before your scheduled Teaching:
  → Full refund (or credit) minus a £50 administrative fee.

• Between 30 days and 48 hours before the Teaching:
  → 50% refund of your total booking fee.

• Less than 48 hours’ notice or failure to attend without notice:
  → No refund will be given.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

Cancellations or Changes (By Us)

While we do our best to honor all scheduled Teachings, we may need to cancel or change dates due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency, or venue issues). In such cases, we will offer:

• A full refund;

• A credit toward another course; or

• The opportunity to transfer to a rescheduled session.

Your Responsibilities

• For online Teachings, please ensure you have access to a reliable internet connection and any necessary technology.

• In-person participants are expected to arrive on time and respect the space, teachers, and fellow students.

• We reserve the right to remove any participant who is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.

Health & Wellbeing Disclaimer

Our Teachings are intended as supportive, educational, and spiritual experiences. They are not a substitute for medical or psychological care. By participating, you confirm that you are in suitable health and able to take part.

Intellectual Property

All materials shared during our Teachings (printed, digital, or recorded) remain the intellectual property of [Your Reiki School Name] and/or the instructors. These are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without permission.
