An immersive experience allowing you to connect your whole being to the cosmos, physical and beyond.
Starting with a guided meditation under the stars, allow your mind, body and spirit to land and connect to cosmic energy, within and around. Followed by a guided stargazing exploration of the various celestial bodies and constellations visible in the Sky at the time. Finishing with a period of free self-gazing to integrate the experience, with the opportunity for questions and discussions.
